And thanks to our facilitators

Dr. Josue Falaise began his 18 year career as an elementary school science teacher. Then he became a middle and high school biology and environmental science teacher. After his teaching years and time as an adjunct professor, he spent 14 years in the vice principal and principal positions.
Currently, he is the Interim Chief Academic Officer for the Trenton Public Schools in Trenton, NJ. He advocates for students through his daily leadership practices, increasing the capacity of administrators and teacher leaders, expecting excellence in professional practices and training staff and administrators throughout the state of NJ on various educational topics.
With each added year, his passion for learning and developing himself and the entire staff continues to grow. He aspires to increase digital citizenship and increase the number of staff and students telling their school’s and district story- because if they are not telling their own story, who will? Follow him on Twitter at @josuefalaise.

Adam Porroni is a proud, born and raised Trentonian who cares about the growth of others and the impact of technology – and is very excited to be an organizer for this event. His roots in the city go back to his grandfathers, but his depth of knowledge in technology goes back to college, graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with two Bachelors and a Masters. After a health scare paused his training to become an officer in the USMC, he served in different levels of government in the security and justice fields.
He is now a speaker as well as a technical consultant for financial and professional service practices and runs his own firm serving local and international clients. He is also the founder of Code for Trenton, a community-driven technology organization that offers computer science and programming education and creates apps that serve the community, the city, and fellow service-focused organizations. He serves as an advisor or official board member to various non-profits and has been deeply involved in education advocacy, school safety, and open government initiatives.
